Just delete the patch and download it again. all your files will be back

make sure you are online. after, go to gamedata utility, if you see a Modern Warfare 2 patch ( it will just show up as modern warfare 2), delete it. put the disk in and start the game. It should prompt you to upgrade your version to 1.11. Try that and it should work
