Yes I know what I am trying and they do work (I have a friend who got comgenie to work and is hosting lobbies now) Why do I still get this error? Does anyone else have this problem? If so how can it be fixed?

That's the problem, download the 3.55 OFW, install it and then install geohot 3.55 CFW.

YES IT DOES! PKG's don't install correctly if you were on another cfw. Update to offical sony firmware then install geohot's should work.

You have to install Geohot's firmware on sony's official firmware, you can't install Geohot's over Kakarotok's.

Download sony's official firmware, install it, then get Geohot's and install it then it should work

I had this problem. Install the officall 5.55 update from Sony off of a flash drive then update with geohots.
