After installing geohotz firmware Jailbreak can we get banned or do you think we will get banned

I installed it all with Internet disabled and when i put the modded patch_mp.ff on i removed the hombrew app and reinstalled the official firmware

and then enabled the Internet connection
can i avoid getting banned aslong as i only play in private match(MW2) and only with people i know

you shouldn't get banned bcuz sony can't detect the update.

Everything is signed with Sony's own code. 100% undetectable.

what did you use?
I am thinking of jailbreaking my ps3 slim but I don't know the steps to do and which jailbreak programs to use, ftp servers, etc.
