That means every PS3 that is available today is able to be jailbroken, no matter what firmware (And would be extremely hard to patch, as you'd have to re-encrypt the whole hypervisor, ect). Almost every game would need an update (They use a code to gain access to be able to run under Sony's encryption code, and PSN stuff would all need to be resigned.
So, why is everyone thinking that an update will take away hacked PS3's? Do you think Sony can actually fix it? Thoughts? :confused:
What I heard is that even if they did resign it all we can still find the new key. So as far as I know looks unpatchable.
