Just asking if it's possible to make a program like PSX2PSP but for the PS3 ?

for those who don't know what is PSX2PSP it is a program to convert PS1 Games to work on PSP.
but it won't work on ps3 because it's PBP file not PKG , and we can't copy ps1 games from PSP to PS3

so that jailbreak let us see all the dev flash files wouldn't it be possible to make this program but for ps3 ? it will be much better than the ps3sx emulater

All you need is a PSX emulator, doing this would waste time manually coding them for PS3 but a PSX emulator emulates the original PSX .iso games.
