Ya the actual avatar is loaded from a link, not in the flash. The place where you can change your avatar is in the flash. And that place changes the link. So if you could find those links of each avatar then you could mod a link and change it to a link to yours. Like if you upload it to tinypic then you could use that link.
There are two places to change it but we haven't found either. Ones in the flash, one's in memory. We have to change the flash one since that one registers with the server and the server will change your to whatever it has stored.
