There are two different patches, one for zombies and campaign, the other one for multiplayer.

This is the zombies and campaign one, which will give you all attachments and trophies. (You will need to be host of the game and it'll take a few games to do it) After long searching... DPAD Up is Noclip, DPAD Down is God mode, DPAD Left is drop weapon and DPAD Right is give yourself all weapons (your monkies/molotovs are useless if you give yourself all weapons.)
