Idk where it is, but it's easy as hell. Open Filezilla, navigate hdd0/home/000000048/friendim/ then you will see "mecomment.dat" Open it with notepad, HxD or whatever, then type your desired comment, then save and overwrite it back to Filezilla then exit FTP on your ps3 and sign out and back in. Then your desired comment will appear. Good Luck! It really is very easy.
