I dont know why you can get out on the internet but not out to the PSN....

Oh!!! Actually, you may not have a certain port range open that the PS3 needs to communicate with the PSN.

Put the PS3 in your DMZ or add port forwarding rules for the following ports to the PS3's address If Helped Rep Lol

1.reset router
2.put ps3 in dmz
3.get a new router
4.forward the ps3 ports

I respect these guys like you who have problems, but you need to learn to post things in right sections.
