The reason you are having a hard time finding a link to it is because it doesn't work the way they wanted it to. Lv2 has security that keeps backups from running so they abandoned it and are now looking at Lv1 instead so there is no point in installing flukes1 v1 or v2 at the moment. sit tight and wait for the newest to come out once they find a way to patch it. (psxscene has it pinned above all threads there.)
