I'm just posting this to help the NGU community as much as I can so hopefully this helps I know some Anti Ban Threads have been posted but this puts them all together :y:

I have seen a few threads around the web about people being banned on PSN there are few measures you can take to have the less possible chance of being banned and with the recent lawsuit of Geohot $ony aren't taking this lightly.

1.Stealth your homebrew - Stealthing your homebrew is hiding it with a legit name and ID so your friends will see you playing "Call of Duty: Black Ops" while your actually on homebrew.
There is a tutorial posted here You must login or register to view this content.

2.Clear your boot_history.dat ,This is a file on the Ps3 which stores all games and applications you have been playing Offline & Online. There is a guide included here: You must login or register to view this content.

3.Don't talk big ex "OMG IM 1337 HAX I HAZZZ CUSTOM FIRMWARE"
if the person your talking to is smart enough he will "Grief Report" you only way to do this on the PS3 is through XMB Messaging some people will try to lure you to msg back etc...you can also grief report on the blog and PS3 Site but usually people won't do this.

4.Use Homebrew on a Offline User on the PS3, This will place the homebrew history into a offline user which would be the safest way to use Homebrew.

5.Don't put your comment to something regarding Hacks in anyway.
Example: GOT 3.55 JAILBREAK!
Example 2: Sony Is ****ed JB FTW
ETC
This will put a flag on your head for all your friendlist one of em could "Report you"

6.When backups are released (if they are) NEVER PLAY THEM ONLINE.

Hope it helps :y:

Yeah lol I remember that... I used to bot for weeks at a time. I dont think Sony will ban a lot of people though because there is too many out there to ban. Join a random game on MW2... almost every game has a hacker
