can i transfer the contents using an external hard drive and file manager

i tried using FTP and i can honestly say it is extremely slow so i cancelled and used backup manager which was reasonably faster i would reccomend any one to use backup manager instead just to let all my fellow hackers know

OK so everything is done i followed someones comment about updating from psn then packages and it still doesnt work i get the black scree has anyone got a fix for this .

I have everything working, i can play the game fine but i have a problem. When i click online i type in my online pass and go to the store and download it, then when it has installs it goes back to the game. When i click to play online again it then asks me for the code again... any ideas?

install pkgv1.00 then install the psn v1.01 you will get error then install the pkgv1.01 it should work then
