I'm sure there is a way, I have my PS3 Jail broken via GeoHot's CFW and while using an FTP Sever (CoreFTP) you can go into MW2's USRDIR Directory and actually copy it onto your hard drive, I don't know if it works though because you might have to sign it or something so that the PS3 thinks you Downloaded it from PSN, I might try it out to see if it works. I'll let you know if I get it working
