1. turn autosign in to off
2. jailbreak your ps3 with whatever method you want
3. install your file manager (like black box or something awesome manager)
4. google "ps3 3.55 update" and replace the jailbreak patch
5. go to system update with usb in and bring bak to normal,(i needed to enable safemode)
6. make sure the file uploader thing under game is gone
7. you will still have your blackbox or whatever wen u un jailbreak, enjoy hosting cls without getting banned.

notes!
do not sign in at all when with your jailbroken ps3
only sign in when you unjailbroke it.

ur not going to get banned i prank called psn support today and ended up having a chat with the dude he said that nobody's getting in trouble and that in the next update "if it works" will remove the jailbreak but i'm still doubting that the update will remove the jailbreak.

many people have already been banned from online...

thats for doing something illegal on the firmware like piracy
