but isthe file manager considered a homebrew? like would i get banned for using the file manager. Ya i know people are saying you wont get banned etc.. but if they do would i? ( no need for jackass replys )

No sorry not 100%. But so many people have used CFW, Jailbreak, restore OtherOS etc. if they ban everyone will just move on from PS3 on get Xbox, im not sure what there are going to do. But my best advice would be to install the Offical Sony 3.55 Firmware on your PS3 and clear your log file
