I was just wondering if someone could either list the apps that would ban me, or link to a very detailed tut on how to delete boot history, (if you chose the latter, please tell me how often to delete the history)

I modded my ps3 for the trophy hacks. And from my understanding, games like FFXIII and GT5 can only be trophy hacked if you have a modded ps3.
