I have my original one I downloaded back in the beginning of December with came to approx. 169MB and it is not recognized by the system in safe mode or regular boot up. So I downloaded another copy and it seems the file size has changed by 1MB to be 170MB. Seem odd to anyone else?

Maybe the one you downloaded in the beginning of December wasn't completely downloaded, which would explain why you get an error with that file. :y:

if that were the case I would have known because I used the same file to flash back from the previous CFW before Geohots. So yes it was completely downloaded otherwise I would not have been able to flash it in the first place.

I noticed that too :???: I downloaded the ofw 3 times and two times it was 169mb and the 3rd time it was 170mb. :wtf: I was redownloading it because I was trying to put it back to ofw but it didn't recognize it til I downloded it he 3rd time. :confused:

Can anyone post the OFW that is 169MB then just in case?

dont worry i went to OFW today to uninstall kakrotos CFW and put geohots cfw on mines 170mb

the one I've downloaded was 171mb.

all of mine say 171mb

interesting how everyone is getting different sizes as far as OFW
