Ever since then I have been unable to reconnect to the mw2 server. Is it possible to ban other people's consoles from the server? If so how can I undo the damage?

just delete ur patch and redownload it, this should fix everything.

Deleting the patch did nothing. I still can't connect to the server. Is there anything else I can do?

play black ops. mw2 is pretty much screwed, and the chances of you getting frozen again are fairly likely
