Today i see GEo CFW and i want it, but i have to be on 3.55

I try but when it finish and it was installing it says Corrupted Files. error 8002F160
And i try to do it by Network.

Soo next i try it usb update to 3.55 same erro while installing ,

Are you Trying to use geohot 3.55 to update from 3.41? if so it doesnt work like that you have to update with Sonys OFW and then you have to install Geohot 3.55 over that

Ok if you are on 3.41 like the member said above and trying to jailbreak with the 3.55 jailbreak it is not going to work.
So download this files which is the Sony 3.55 OFW.

Then on a USB make a folder "PS3" and inside of that "UPDATE"
once the file is donwloaded drag it into the "UPDATE" folder.
Now plug the USB into the ps3 and go
-> SYSTEM UPDATE
-> UPDATE VIA USB MEDIA DEVICE
-> ACCEPT THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS STUFF.

Now your ps3 is 3.55 download the 3.55 jailbreak CFW

delete the 3.55 OFW from that folder and put the 3.55 Jailbreak Firmware

Do the same thing. SYSTEM UPDATE - USB MEDIA DEVICE
NOW ACCEPT and MAKE SURE YOU CHECK THE BOX [] TURN OFF PS3 AUTOMATICALLY and then turn it on manually and your ps3 is now jailbroken.

Just im installing OFW of sony 3.55. but when it starts it give an erro saying corrupted

ok well some people have been saying they had to download it 3 times before it worked.
The first 2 times the file was 169mb and the 3rd time was 170mb.
The first two didnt work and were corrupted.
So maybe download the PS3 3.55 OFW in my post before which is 170mb.
Install it with that method i gave you and it should work if not then it is a problem i do not know.

Just download via internet on ps3 its the only way that worked for me!
