There is proof that sony won't ban you for having a CFW. Only if you download games (piracy) and they know it, you Will be banned. So... Don't do any piracy.

Well mate if the benefits outweigh the risks go for it however i do feel ps3 jailbreak is not a long term use but it has many benefits.

yes i have heard this as well but, if your going against sony's terms & conditions your always that little bit riskier then not jailbroken.



True, only do it if you feel like doing it as well. don't do it just because you think it will be cool..(even though it is quite good)
But it opens out the PlayStation completely which gives us so many opportunities.
