(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Hey guys I was just wondering can we just download a torrent of the game and then do this new method and play with out the disk or do we need to have the disk to do it?

Thanks in advance, + rep for whoever helps Smile!

Please correct me if i am wrong, but i'm pretty sure you dont have to use the disk, aslong as the download you have got contains the .pkg file you should be right to install it straight to the PS3. Smile

When you copy from folder to folder using file manager do you have to do it one at a time?

Backup the eboot.bin the folder created from the package.
Delete the usrdir folder
Copy the usrdir from the backed-up game
Replace the eboot.bin in that folder with the one from the package.

So you mean backup the eboot from hdd0 - game - bles___ and copy the folder from GAMEZ - bles___ or the opposite?

The installed directory of the package is devhdd0/game/(gamecode). Inside that directory is the USRDIR folder and inside that is the eboot.bin Back that up to wherever and delete that USRDIR folder. Afterwards, copy the USRDIR folder from wherever the backed-up game is (ex. /hdd0/GAMEZ/(whatever folder)/
Once that folder is copied to /devhdd0/game/(gamecode)/, replace the eboot.bin in the USRDIR with the one you backed up.
