Go to dev_hdd0/game/BLUSxxxx/USRDIR and backup that eboot.bin
Delete the USRDIR folder in dev_hdd0/game/BLUSxxxx/
Copy the USRDIR folder from dev_hdd0/GAMES/BLUSxxxx/ps3_game/ to dev_hdd0/game/BLUSxxxx/
Replace the eboot.bin file in the dev_hdd0/game/BLUSxxxx/USRDIR/ with the one you backed up
If it doesn't work copy over any folders that are missing in the dev_hdd0/game/BLUSxxxx/ directory.
