Post: How do i install the PKG Games?

I downloaded a PKG File of Dead Rising 2 and I put it on my usb and installed it, then I went to play the game and it said I needed to update the patch, I did then when it finished it started to install then it said it failed
Then I went to go play the game again cause it made me go to the menu and the game was gone and it wouldn't let me install cause it said "This version of the game is already installed" or something :SWhat do i do :

Don't Update!
Remove the gamedata and install the .pkg again. But don't update again!

deadrising 2 is one of the ones that arnt working to well, normaly u cancel the update and thats it, but cancel it on dr2 and it just hangs, edit ths param.sfo and change it to GD game data and its should hopefully work for you
