Post: downloaded a backup but its an ISO help?

i am atempting to download NFS HP backup but it is an ISO file so i was wondering how do i convert or extract the file. (winrar doesnt work supposedly)

and if u can give me a tut on how to successfully put the game on my ps3.

i have read many TUTs but i am not fully sure if i will get it right

Iso is a disk image... thats about all i can tell you, if you want to unpack it, winrar should work if not, try a program like power iso.

the iso is the same as the disc just like the other dude said
what you need to do is install winrar and make sure you checked to use with iso files
or you can mount it with power iso or daemon tools

then after you install winrar you can extract it or
after you got power iso or daemon tools you can mount it then extract it
