Im not sure but if you jailbreaked your PS3 with CF. I guess you just download a game use backup manager and can play it.

But i never tried it so you need to check it out

If you have a disc make a modified EBOOT file or look for one.

where do you fine a modified eboot?

just use multiman it works but the problem is that you need the disc to copy it in your hord drive
