(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); ok i have installed the newly released Waninkoko FW and here are my results:

PS3 INSTALLED ON: SLIM 120GB (CECH-2103A)
FIRMWARE INSTALLED ON: 3.55 GEOHOT
NEW FIRMWARE INSTALLATION: SUCCESS
NEW FEATURES: APP_HOME/PS3_GAME FOLDER
BACKUP MANAGER STATUS: WORKING
ANY SIGN OF BRICK: NONE

I think everyone who installs this firmware should just post saying:
1. type of ps3
2. what firmware they installed on
3. success or not

**UPDATE ~~ Ok the way i currently backing up games is like this:
~ Backup using MultiMAN because its fast
~ Load backed up games using Open manager
~ Open manager requires you to have a disk in the drive to load the game

Can this be installed without a JB? I have 3.41 and do NOT want to goto 3.55 unless I get the backups working. Says you guys had no issues. Anyone updated from 3.41 to this CFW with success? Anyone done it on OFW to this CFW?

Did you restore with OFW fw or just directly did it on waninkoko's fw.?

INSTALLED VIA XMB.
FIRMWARE INSTALLED ON: OVER 3.55 GEOHOT
NEW FIRMWARE INSTALLATION: SUCCESS
NEW FEATURES: APP_HOME/PS3_GAME FOLDER (Error when clicking it)
BACKUP MANAGER STATUS: I had some games already backed up with multiman on geohot,but when i try to run then now i get a black screen,i did not modify anything on the games, just backed them up.
ANY SIGN OF BRICK: None so Far

Just backing up a game with multiman to see if it runs, because the ones i backed up on geohot,none of them do.
