I've uploaded two of my costume DLC skins for DR2 that I bought off the PSN store. If this works I will upload more.

(US ONLY)

What you want need to do is:
1) Download the file/extract the folders
2) Go on an FTP server/Filezilla
3) Go to Dev_Hdd0>Game
4) Find your Dead Rising 2 ID (Blus30439) and click on it
5) Go into the USDIR folder
6) Drag and drop both of the folders you downloaded ("Psycho") and ("Soldier") - so it should be /dev_hdd0/game/BLUS30439/USRDIR/soldier
/dev_hdd0/game/BLUS30439/USRDIR/psycho


When that is done, exit the FTP server, load up Dead Rising 2 and go to the safe house. In the bathroom where you save the game there should be lockers. Walk up to them and press the button it tells you to.. (Circle or Square I think)


If this worked you should see the costumes you downloaded inside and they should be wearable.
