I used my CFW PSP with PSPFiler to edit the file.


Hdd0->home->000000001->friendim->mecomment.dat
Place mecomment.dat in a editor. Change it to whatever you want . After that overwrite mecomment.dat. Quit FTP or File Manager. Sign out then back in. And everyone can see it.

I found this out by myself because I was trying to do the black lettering thingy. Whatever lol.
