short answer is no since they weren't working in the cfw to begin with. All the geohott cfw really does is add the ability to install .pkg's as if sony signed them if im not mistaken btw did you retain that feature cause that would be very interesting... I I bet some BM's might showup and maybe even run but as far as actually playing backups I highly doubt it would work especially from Waninkoko's as it modify's lv2 cache.
