(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Everyone keeps saying how the ps3 is unfixable unless they change there hardware but I was wondering if there is something that game companies could do on the disc to make them notwork with BMs? Like idk maybe kinda like Battlefields vip code kinda thing but including single use codes with every game copy that allows online play or something... I know im probably giving someone out there ideas but I was just curious... kinda want an idea of life expectancy on this exploit since the codes for the ps3 have been released what are some other ways that Sony might have to take... call me a worried but I like future proof hacks.

I know that I didn't say indefinitely just was curious about what this new patch they are saying will fix it is gonna bring... that and other future updates what with all the talk going around about tier gaming and other stuff just can't help but think somethings gotta happen cause we all know Sony won't take this lying down... I guess they could push ps4 seems way soon though... well lol 5 years... they could probably get 7 not the 10 they hope for though.

anything and everthing is gonna get hacked one day lol
if they installed someway on a disc to stop the backup managers
it still wouldnt work because look how many ps3 games are out they would have to make new ones of all or they would lose them but still modifyers will still figure away around it like a game update they can get past that so someway some how it will always be owed and probaly soon it will be so easy to hack a ps3 that a cave man can do it look at the psp it started off needing a pandora batt but now theres so many different ways just like the wii from needing games to just needing a sd card lol

Thats a good point. Again though not saying that the war won't keep waging with hackers/modders vs. large companies but you do have to wonder cause if one dedicated person can hack into well pretty much anything if there determined what a dedicated group of paid people under Sony's belt can come up with or anyone elses for that matter I mean it took 5 years for the ps3 to truely become exploited now look a couple days later we have all the Homebrew and games working albeit with modded eboots just thought I would start this thread getting peoples ideas for future ways around patches as ive started to look into these tools myself and recently ordered a second ps3 to play with... I enjoy hacking as hobby when its all in good fun never know one day I might make an app of my own. Appreciate the input though man.Drinking Coffee

no we have the keys to sign stuff, if sony change the keys on the games it means they will have to change keys on the hardware and it will render everything available on the ps3 at the current time useless
