START THIS TUT WITH YOUR PS3 TURNED OFF FROM THE BACK SWITCH.
1.) Hold the eject and power button down (located on the front of the PS3).

2.) While you are still holding the buttons turn on your PS3 power switch (the one located on the back of your PS3.

3.) The PS3 should start to do some loud voodoo shit with it's fan and your game should be ejected

EDIT: This only works with 40 GB models!
