We have Sony's Root Key. It allows us to sign CFW.... So once the "3.60" patch is out we will be able to make a CFW for it just the same as we have for 3.55. The Doors are open. We have the Keys, We will open doors. Ya digg? In other terms, We'll modd the 3.60 firmware just the same as we have the 3.55. We have the tools needed and the mind set, so i personally am not too worried. We kind of have Sony by the balls here. The PS3 console is compromised till the PS4 comes out. They cant really change the key..... Its an open world till then, and i still have great expectations for the hacking/modding community. More stuff will come

Unless Sony changes the keys, which would render all games USELESS prior to the new keys. So they wont, and can't do that.... This means we're free! Ps3 is a power house... Someone port counter strike.

No homebrew app will work on 3.60 because they're signed for 3.55. They'd all need to be updated before going to 3.60.

Great Answer By TPOW, But I Wanted To Tell You That If You Go Back To OFW, The Jailbreak Will Be Gone, Mainly The Ability To Install The PKG files A.K.A homebrews. BUT Already Installed Homebrews Will Still Work Because Their Signed. Previosly While The 3.41 JB Was In The Spotlight, You Were Able To Run Homebrews, But Unsigned Homebrews And Now It's Signed Homebrews. So Your'e Wrong, You Will Lose The Jailbreak, But As TPOW Said, We'll Have The Root Key And The Tools To Make A New CFW, And Theres Just A Matter Of Time Before People Release A New Firmware After A 3.60 Release. There's NOWAY Sony Can Change The Keys Without A Hardware Change, A Software Update Won't Be Able To Fix It.
