Does this mean we can download games and play them on Geohots CFW?

Ya theres a thread on here for the package file you need to do that. I guess you just run it every time before you run your back up manager and it works. I was getting ready to try that now.

ive just installed

I went from geohotz cfw to ofw using recovery menu, then to wutangrza cfw using recovery, then geohotz cfw through xmb worked.

backing up black ops as im typing, hopefully it all works fine.

Download the one that says Patched PUP from the first link. There is also instructions on how to install the patched pup in the first link. Then install Geohots CFW by unzipping the file you download from the second link to a folder called PS3 and in that folder make a folder called update and install that to a flash drive and install over the wutangrza's and you can install package files aswell. I did this on my Ps3 slim and had no issues. There are also no reports of bricking with this CFW.

Alot of people are saying there is no need to install thru recovery and I just ran a test on my spare phat and it worked. So just dl the patched wutangrzas pup and install through usb sytem update, then install geos through usb system update. Dont forget if your already on geos you must go to OFW first then wutangrzas the geos.
