I think that getting your Ps3 bricked is worth than getting banned. But from what I've read, the only CFW that has had bricking issues was Waninkoks. So if you really wanna JB, avoid that one. Geohots is pretty good and theres a new one that came out just today I think called Kmeaw which allows you to install 3.41 PKGs on 3.55. It sounds like a good CFW but I have yet to try. But if your really scared of getting banned, then do as Firefox_x3 said and don't JB. The choice is yours.
