......I Think!
1) all homebrew apps like ftp etc will be blocked, it was said that geohot added a note in the cfw to sony about not blocking and the codes used!
2) Can sony change the keys via fw update? as maybe they could change the keys an emulate the old keys for disk games only meaning sony has new keys an we still can run old games! is this possible?
3) Sony could ban some ps3 users on cfw and make a point of it to scare ppl from useing it on next update?
4) Sony classes PS3 as a right off and concentraits on ps4? no more updates for PS3?
i stress this is just what i think and none of it is proven..
also would it not be possible to make a cfw now for v4.00 that way if sony brings out say 3.60 update and eveything is blocked maybe ppl can just use the cfw6.00 to get online without updatein to ofw! just a thought!

yes they can just like they removed otheros, its just a case of will they wont they? id say yes because there gonna try anythin they can to make it harder

a console ban and psn ban are 2 diffrent things, a psn ban just wont let you go online, console ban you cant even play offline games!!!! no point taking it round ur m8s and trying it is there, there not banning ur i.p address
