By using comgenies super awesome cool file manager or an FTP server browse to hdd0/game/bles00683 or blus030377/USRDIR
Overwrite the mp_patch.ff with the your custom one and then you're set to go. Load up mw2.

But please next time post mw2 questions in the mw2 questions section.
