First you must place the Jailbreak file on a flashdrive
Place the flashdrive into the ps3 and update your system via storage device/media
*MAKE SURE YOU CHECK THE BOX TO TURN YOUR PS3 OFF AFTER DOWNLOADING*

Turn your ps3 back on and put your usb back in your computer. Put the File manager file on there now.

Plug your flashdrive back into your ps3 and install the package under the "Game" tab
