Anyways it would be much appreciated if anyone would inform me if there is any method around the ban or somehow tricking Sony into unbanning me or spoofing watever it is they identify my console with online . . . thanks in advance

Well i'm sorry, but there is only 1 Way to unban your PS3.
There was a program called "IP Changer" that lets you change your PS3 IP, but the program only works if you are using a jailbreaked PS3.

You know, your PS3 has a 32-bit long IP Address, so if you would like to unban your PS3 you have to use a different IP Address, to replace the banned IP Address with it.

But this program doesnt work very well, but u cant loose anything :p you are already banned xD.

Well i did jailbreak my console but only after i tried every single method to convince those idiots at Sony that i was innocent and i didnt pay good money or the console to be unjustly deprived from its content. . . So i decided jailbreaking was the best way to get back at them and hopefully would lead me to an alternate method of unbanning myself would you please care to elaborate about that IP changer program because it sounds too good to be true ! I also think since its the console thats banned then its somehow related to a console ID checker that they use online to verify each console, i doubt it really has anything to do with the IP since i reset my modem almost all the time changing the IP address but that never helps . . .

No, no. With IP Address i mean your Console IP, not your routers IP Address. Most people think that Sony bans your MAC Address, but thats wrong, the ban your IP Address.

I wish that was the case cuz then i would actually deserve it, but no i got banned because of false pretense... Apparently they claim that i threatened Sony officials and im a bad BAD boy... I wonder how they even come up with that random shit if i had the time or energy to actually go threaten these lifeless monkey brained idiots id spend it in actually doing something useful such as figuring out the how someone can be completely brain dead like those idiots from Sony and still be given the authorization to pull shit like that...

Anyways is there a way to obtain the console IP from another ps3 (since my friend doesnt really log on 1 of his consoles anymore) and be able to substitute it with mine?

Yes you can get your Friends IP Address, but u have to Jailbreak the PS3, than you have to use the IP Changer on your friends PS3.
The IP Changer will show than the PS3 32-bit long IP Address, just write it on a piece of paper, than go to your PS3, and follow the instructions on how to change your PS3s IP.



But look on the bright side, PS3 isn't life. So don't worry about your ban mate :p
