Post: Lv2 patch screws up display

(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Ok, so I started up my PS3 and ran lv2 patcher. Once it comes up, it was a weird green color with streaks at the bottom. And it turned my display into composite. Every time I try to change display, the lv2 patcher screen comes up saying it's successful and does not change display back into HD. What can I do to fix this?

have you tried the obvious fix of holding the power button while turning it off to reset it to default display settings?

Yea, I tried that. Gives me a green screen when I select 1080i.

well, i know everyones ps3 might be different but if the green effect remains after restarting then i would say that its not the LV2 patch. re-installation of OFW might help.... if that doesnt then i would format my ps3 hardrive. but only if you are sure that its the ps3, not your TV or cable. though if none of those work then you could have a green bar forever... :(
