In my case multiman wont' run this games, because the split games inside the disk, all u have to do is:

If using Internal HDD
connect ur pc to ur PS3 ( ftp )
go to the folder where the games u save are!
change the folder name that have a " _ " before the name like: _BCUS98229 rename just to BCUS98229 without the " _ "

for External HDD
just plug the HDD on your computer and go to the games forder and replace the folder name!!!

easy!!!

Will this work for cod4? That doesn't start up with multiman..

COD4 is not a Split Game Disk , so that won't help!

so any idea on how i could run cod4 without it crashing.. The backup wont work at all.

So you just delete the _ from the start of the folder when connected to your PC from an external HDD?

Also, have you played a game to completion with this? From my understanding the Ps3 wont read files over 4 gig, so when the PS3 gets to the 4+ gig file what happens? I am assuming it will freeze or something?

I've got god of war III, more then 4 gigs, Battle field bad company, WAY MORE THEN 4 GIGs......, and Ive played them to about 25-30% no problems so far.

Just beat Hades in GOW III if that helps with how far I am

I have resitance 1, tekken 6 and Lego indiana jones which all have split files and will only run off the PS3 internal so this will be awesome if it works

just delete the _ before the file name and u will be fine!
