Do a barrel roll!
Yea just install the pkg in install packages and run the program them a white screen will pop up after a few sec just press X and the run multiman update to 1.13 if u haven't yet and copy the game and patch it up by pressing r1 then have a blue ray disk in the system run the game it will take u back to the xmb just to up to the disk and start and have fun

is the lvl2 pkg the app_home/ps3_game file ?
