i put in

STestFile4=LEG.ESP
STestFile3=GSPH.ESP
STestFile2=COT1.ESP
STestFile1=FalloutNV.esm
(I ALSO HAVE TRIED MAKING STestFile1 in ALL CAPS)
I coded the loading section to them under

I also did replace the maintitle music with an eminem song.
And this is what i get.
When i boot up the game with internet disabled, and the update game folder out of the folder, (yes i already had it updated to 1.2) Ill load the game correctly, but by the time it gets all the way to the guy holding the gun at the menu. I get no menu option.

have you tried it like this?
7. Scroll down to sEssentialFileCacheListE= and add your mods to the list. Here's mine as an example of what it'd look like:

8. Save it, then upload your edited .ini into the USRDIR folder
thats how it is in the guide? (minus the space near DATA because the smiley gets in the way)
also don't install the updates as they don't add anything to the game apart from more problems, just keep the game offline.

read my post, read it well, im still confused, and i did what you said, yet i did update it to 1.2 so read.

With my MainMusic file changed to a Eminem Song, which it worked last time.
I Deleted the GameData then reinstalled it, and i still get the errors
