Delete it from your hdd and start over using my quick tutorial here!
Download multiman 01.13.04
Download the omg omg omg lv2 patcher
install those both via usb via install package files
Start up the omg omg omg lv2 patcher then press x when its done, then go straight into multiman and copy the game to you hdd, after its finished press r1 to set permisions.
Then before leaving multiman remove the AC brotherhood game and insert any other game or a blank blu ray disk. Click x on AB brotherhood(the one on the hdd) to launch then press no when it ask you to you want start without booting to xmb, this will kick you back to the xmb, now go onto the game (or blank blu ray) youve put into the ps3 and instead of being that game it should be AC brotherhood, press x on it and it should load it but the loading menu will take a little longer! Let me know if this works it did for me!

i downloaded the game and put it on my external then i copied it to dev_hdd0\GAMES\BLES00909
when i launch it with a disc i get black screen..

Make a folder called ASSASSIN_ISO inside the USRDIR folder i.e:

PS3_GAME>USRDIR>ASSASSIN_ISO

I did this and the game booted and played fine.
