i searched just cause 2 mods andd just cause and all i got was either nothing found or all mw2 stuff

Do I need to have it cracked or I can do it by drop them in the "dropzone" folder and put it again in my PS3?

No man, I have retail game and PS3 with no mods, no CFW, no nothing. What I mean is that I want to know if the Mods can be installed by making a "Dropzone" folder in the Save and put it back again in my NON-Cracked PS3. That is what I've read in a "ReadMe" that came with a mod I downloaded to see any info.

Now, the question is, as I made before, DO I NEED TO HAVE THE PS3 CRACKED SO THESE MODS WORK?

could u link me to the read me please and i think that may be for pc only though and tthat is what i am trying to find out if u cna mod justcause 2 for ps3

I believe if it is just for PC we can't make out anything as it will not change anything because PS3 and PC have different codes (I suppose)
