1- the title appears brightly and the music is playing
2- the screen becomes dim and the music is in a loop
3- the loading screen arts are played in loop but nothing happens

Please help this is the only game that hasn't worked for me!

hey dude i have gta4 i borrowed from a friend but ive never played before and i have no idea of what version of gta4 i have, on the friend it says Grand Theft Auto IV it has a picture of helicopter a girl lickin a lolipop the russian dude a sniper and on back of case it says "Welcome to Liberty city" so i really dont know what version i have you think you know?

That sounds like IV, Liberty city stories has a black dude with a sutcase load of cash.

maybe where do games have to be saved on a external hardrive for gai to recognise them?

Delete game data of the game and do not use any patches.

just delete the patch in game/utility from the ps3 then load it

but then you cant play online

My GTA 4 takes forever to load and dont work

Ok what you need to do is delete the update for GTA EFLC and then use a patch blocker

Mossey's is a good one and you can play while signed in
