alright here is a Tut to get all of your friends back(on a different acc) after being banned.
1.start up blackbox
2.start up filezilla
3.go to remote site: /dev_hdd0/home/00000008/friendim/avatar the 00000008 might be a different # just click on that
4.going here will show you all of your freinds avatars
5.the avatars are sorted out based on there EXACT NAME
6.that way you can wright down all of your freinds exact names and re add them
-this may take a while but its better than losing all your freinds permanatly

-hopefully this remove some of the sadness of being banned

wouldn't it work if you just copied them all over ?
& are avatars the only thing stored on ps3 ?
cause if there's an xml or w/e that has all your friends stored, we could try to get the friends data out & copy into new account xml..
you get what i mean

you have to enter them all manually, so you can just do it on another ps3

If Sony ban they won't give you an account ban because you would just make a new account making the ban almost totally pointless. They reason they probably won't ban is because of the amount of money they would lose. No proof just common sense really.
