(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Hello, I was attempting to
Download a 13 GB file from my ps3 to my pc, It got to like 5.8Gb then it just restarts? I tried with filezilla and @ like 6 GB it asks if I want to overwrite the file and on another ftp client it automatically starts overwriting the file. Why is this? How can I fix this/download the large file. I have a feeling any findings will be very helpful to people who are trying to do something like this themselves.
:hitman:Thanks :hitman:
Btw when someone helps me with this I'll be releasing what I was planning on modifying.

Wow, this guy was trying to offer some help, no need to be so rude. Maybe you will receive more help be being polite to others.

I wasn't being rude. I was trying to let him know he can discard any smaller things like that.

What FTP is on your ps3, what client are you using, and do you have a backup manager like multiman installed

The backup managers all fail on the file because it is so massive (13 GB)

Didnt plan on suggesting one, what i think may be happening is they are interfering with your transfer, so i would delete them then try, also I prefer this FTP client, its pretty simple to use.

You must login or register to view this content.

Try it see if it works for ya.

Would running LV2 patcher and fix permission help with anything? or do you have a reason to suggest the issue is only on your pc

Backup managers shouldn't freeze on the files because they're so big. I used multiman to copy LBP2 to my PC and it was 18gb big and it had no problem...it completed it in 20 min. :/

Use comgenies awesome file mananger. Or use a wired connection through FTP. It's faster and you can transfer larger files. I'm not going into complete detail.. As their is already a tutorial out there.
