No I have went back to OFW and CFW 4 times after Geohot for each new CFW that came out lol it's fine

Yes but Sony have not banned anyone yet. If they decide to start banning everyone with CFW 3.55 but I've got OFW 3.55 will they ban me because I have previously had a custom firware.

I doubt it I doubt they even can ban you man and if they do there are already homebrew programs to unban you...
