It does work because if you put the original 1.11 patch on your computer and then use proxy server it downloads it.
We just need him to make the right BLES and also he hasnt been updating because hes working on PSKINECT

This does work because i did this when i was on 1.10 patch a while ago but we need him to make the special packages for BLES00683 and BLUS30377
