I've been reading up on how I can partake in the hacked modern warfare 2 community and, being totally new to the hacked PS3 was wondering:

1.) Do I need to jailbreak my PS3 to begin enjoying playing totally hacked games online?

2.) If caught by Sony or Activision, is your PS3 banned?

just make sure you dont use waninkoko firmware if your ps3 has 256 nand it will brick it other than that you should be safe

I'm about to hop onto MW2 and test it out. Is there anything that I need to do in terms of setting anything up in MW2 so I can host modded lobbies?
